The time has just flown by since I arrived in Spain at the beginning of February and I can’t believe that I’m almost at the end of my second week!  Firstly, Spain as a country and Galicia in particular is completely amazing and I love it here!  The culture, the food, the people are all incredible and I am already convinced that I want to return and spend longer here teaching and learning Spanish.  I have really enjoyed my teaching experience so far.  I teach a range of abilities and ages from 14 to adult.  The behaviour of some of the teenage classes was a surprise to me on arrival, but having made clear to them what I expect of them in class, they are responding well and making some really good progress.  Personally, I have felt a real sense of achievement from seeing my students progress and I will be sad to leave them at the end of this month.
