First week and a half teaching

My first week and a half teaching in Valencia has already been an experience I know I'll never forget! The teachers I'm with couldn't be nicer and the school is lovely.

By Wednesday I was thrown in at the deep end teaching three lessons, and gradually as the week went on I could feel my confidence growing and my style of teaching developing. For my first lesson, the game I made didn't print very well so I had to sack it off and improvise which was terrifying but seemed to go ok. The kids have been great and I'm starting to get used to the noise in the classrooms ( and the chalkboards)  - I even taught 2 classes at one time yesterday, running across the hallway to check on one whilst the other was doing an activity! It was hectic, to say the least. I'm learning to be prepared for anything!

Heres a picture of the school, and the cute fish pond by the entrance.

And here's the bakery we visit on our breaks!
